Friends here, this is a tutorial video from Ansys workbench. In this video, I have shown how to do an analysis of the quad bike chassis frame. For analysis, I have made a chassis line diagram in CATIA V5 and then saved it as .iges format. This .iges file imported in Ansys for analysis. I have done modal, front, rear, and side-impact analysis. Also, I have shown how to calculate the factor of safety from the analysis. For calculations, I have assumed some data for analysis.
